• Algebraic Topology by Allen Hatcher. This is one of the best topology textbooks out there and can be downloaded in its entirety from the author's website.
• A Course in Combinatorial Optimization, a nice (and free) set of lecture notes by Alexander Schrijver
• An informal seminar on Stanley-Reisner theory that I ran at Minnesota in 2002, complete with scribe notes.
